LZI's Response to COVID-19

Dear Valued Customers, 

Per the “Shelter in Place” directive issued by the California State Government for the entire state of California, Lin-Zhi International, Inc. (LZI) is considered a part of “federal critical infrastructure” which is deemed vital to the continuation of our national economy.

At this time, LZI has resumed limited operations in order to maintain a supply of products for our customers while providing the safest working environment we can for our staff and community.

Customer Service and Technical Support

LZI will provide customer service support for inquiries received via online website submission or to customerservice@lin-zhi.com.  Limited technical support will be provided via technicalsupport@lin-zhi.com.

Electronic submissions to LZI Customer Service and Technical Support will receive follow-up within 24 hours or the next business day.

*As LZI customer service and technical support teams are working remotely, customers may see a slight delay in follow-up in regards to voicemail inquiries, for faster response please submit all inquiries electronically. 

Accounting and Shipping and Receiving 

LZI will try our best to continue fulfillment of orders without disruption, but customers may see a slight delay in receipt of their shipment and invoices due to our limited on-site staff.

All accounting related inquiries must be directed to our Accounting team at accounting@lin-zhi.com.
